Letter from the President & CEO
I remember being a chamber CEO, looking for something to jump start our chamber. YGM was the answer I needed, and YGM can be the answer you need.
We approach chambers from a holistic viewpoint. They are called Total Resource Campaigns for a reason. We are concerned with the totality of your chamber resources. Meet the Leadership Team
Jason E. Ebey, IOM
President & CEO
YGM Total Resource Campaigns, LLC
Jason E. Ebey, IOM, has a passion for chambers of commerce and has been leading chambers in various capacities for more than two decades. He believes in the positive power and influence chambers can have in their communities.
Jason has been with YGM for nearly a decade and has served as President and CEO since becoming the sole owner of YGM in 2015. Because of his work with chambers across the country, he has the pulse of changing trends in chamber management and fundraising.
He understands the needs of chambers and their member businesses. His knowledge base easily translates into moving groups of new volunteers from novices to dedicated chamber advocates. Jason is able to provide chambers with innovative approaches to fundraising and how to move toward greater non-dues revenue, the likes of which many chambers have never seen before.
An energetic and engaging speaker, Jason is known for workshops and webinars in which participants gain take-aways which may be implemented in their chambers and organizations immediately. Jason is on faculty with the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) and is a frequent presenter with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and multiple state associations. He is widely recognized as a speaker with a heart for chamber professionals.
When not working on revenue development trends, Jason enjoys navigating life with his wife, Brittany, and their four children: Rylie, Kate, Abbey, and Barrett.
Anissa Starnes, IOM
Chief Impact Officer
Anissa Starnes has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit management with most of those years being spent with chambers of commerce. She currently serves as chief impact officer for YGM Total Resource Campaigns, a boutique consulting firm that assists chambers with non-dues revenue development and nationwide executive searches.
Anissa began her career at the Charlotte Chamber. After 10 years in Charlotte, she served as President/CEO for multiple chambers in the Carolinas. During her career she also served as President/CEO for the international nonprofit, Girls on the Run, a girls empowerment program. She oversaw exponential growth of the organization while creating a national sponsorship program that allowed the organization to partner with companies such as New Balance, Kellogg’s, and Goody. Anissa also spent eight years with Constant Contact as the Director of National Organizations, where she managed the partnership of more than 4,500 chambers. She has educated more than 35,000 nonprofit, chamber, and small business professionals on online marketing, sponsorship development and work-life balance.
Anissa is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Institute for Organization Management program and South Carolina Economic Development School at the College of Charleston. She currently serves as a member of faculty for the Institute for Organization Management, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud board member of Claire’s Army, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the families of children diagnosed with pediatric cancer and serves as a volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Anissa and her husband Jerry reside in Charlotte and enjoy fly-fishing, hiking the Appalachian Trail, and cheering for their favorite team, the Carolina Panthers. Anissa is known as “Shiny” to her granddaughter, Lenora, and that is her most favorite title that she has held to date.
